Ok not a "Norfolk School" sampler but a school sampler by Jessie Norfolk unusually worked in French. Traditional alphabet in both upper and lower case followed by Avec amitie, (with friendship) followed by "Tout ce qui brille n'est pas or" (Not all that glitters is Gold ).
Across the bottom Jessie Norfolk , June 1883. Along with mathematical samplers it is interesting to see crossover lessons demonstrated on a sampler.
