Remember Lots wife , is the title of this very unusual probably Welsh sampler, by Eliza Jones in 1830.

Lot is shown with his two daughters who made him drunk and raped him, so they could bear his children, and continue the family name. His poor wife was turned to salt and is shown above him, also the two Angels that came down to Sodom, seen being destroyed along with Gomorrah & I think Ammon & Zoar. I think this is such a Rare .great looking needlework ,good colour to
