A fine and very brightly coloured figure of DIANA decorated in high temperature PRATTWARE Style colours. Unusually for this type of figure is the deep green base. The large hunting dog at her side is sponge decorated. The pearlware body has a deep blue tint. I would have thought made around 1800. Probably in Staffordshire.
Height 22 cm, 8 3/4 inch.
Condition. head off at neck and well restored
